The “Mountain Law” is coming to France!
From September 1, 2021, this new law imposes specific winter equipment on road users in certain mountainous regions of France between November 1 and March 31.
All motorists when driving in mountain ranges where the law is in force must be equipped with 4 certified winter tires or have a pair of snow chains or snow socks.
