Each Michelin website has a specific objective as well as its own individual characteristics. If a certain Michelin website gathers additional personal data, you will be notified about this on the website.

For transfers within the Michelin Group, the group applies internal regulations for the transfer of personal data to countries outside of the EU or the European Economic Area. Click on the binding corporate rules (BCRs) for further details about these guidelines.

The transfer of data to suppliers outside of the group is regulated by contracts that include the standard clauses of the European Commission to ensure a similar level of protection as in your home country.
